Terms of Service

TRADINGSCORECARD is operated by Ethan Fisher, an individual ("we", "us"), not a registered business entity. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

TRADINGSCORECARD is a trade journaling and analytics tool. You import trade history by uploading a broker export (CSV or Excel) or, optionally, by connecting a brokerage account through SnapTrade. The service turns that data into round-trip trades, charts, and journal entries.

Nothing in the service is financial, investment, or tax advice. Past performance shown in the app does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password and account secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Free, Pro, and Elite plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep paid-plan access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Charges are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We don't offer prorated or partial refunds when you cancel or downgrade mid-period.

Don't use the service for anything illegal, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or resell access without our written permission.

Connecting a brokerage account through SnapTrade is optional and read-only — it lets us pull your trade history directly instead of you uploading a file. We never see or store your brokerage login credentials; that authentication happens with SnapTrade and your broker directly. Your use of a connected brokerage is also governed by that broker's and SnapTrade's own terms.

You own the trade and journal data you upload or connect. We use it only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change is material, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
