How can we help?
+−Which brokers can I import?
Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, E*TRADE, Robinhood, Webull, Tastytrade, and TD Ameritrade. Drop in the CSV or Excel export from your account history — the file is recognised automatically, so there is nothing to pick from a menu. Paid plans can also connect the brokerage directly and skip the export step.
+−Do you connect to my brokerage account?
You can, on a paid plan — link your brokerage and trades sync automatically, on real-time or daily data. On the free plan you upload an export file yourself instead, so there is nothing to connect.
+−Is it safe to re-upload a file I already imported?
Yes. Duplicate orders are detected and skipped, so overlapping exports never double-count. The import summary tells you how many were skipped.
+−How is P&L calculated?
Orders are grouped into complete round-trip trades using first-in-first-out lot matching — the same method your broker uses — so the numbers reconcile against your statements. Options are matched at 100 shares per contract.
+−What do I get on the free plan?
One trading account, the core dashboard and its 12 KPIs, CSV and Excel import, and 90 days of trade history. It is built for paper trading too, so you can learn before any real money is on the line — no card required to start.
