Import guide

Import Interactive Brokers trades

Export your trade history from Interactive Brokers and drop the file into TradingScorecard — the format is recognized automatically, so there's nothing to configure.

1. Export from Interactive Brokers

  1. In Client Portal, go to Performance & Reports → Flex Queries.
  2. Create a new Trade Confirmation Flex Query, selecting all trade fields.
  3. Set the format to CSV and save the query.
  4. Run the query for your date range and download the CSV.

2. Upload it

On the free plan, drop the CSV or Excel file into TradingScorecard from the import screen — no manual mapping needed. Paid plans can instead connect the brokerage account directly and skip the export step entirely.

TradingScorecard recognizes a Interactive Brokers export by these columns: Symbol, Date/Time, Quantity, T. Price

Things to know

  • IBKR is one of the two brokers here that stamps an execution time, so same-day trade order is exact, not inferred from row order.
